FIELD: panoramic photography for movies, of vessels and formations difficult of access. SUBSTANCE: facility presents multilayer sphere which outer optical layer is made of assemblage of identical microlenses contacting one another by side faces. Inner spherical layer is positioned in focal plane of optical layer and is fabricated from collection of identical MIS structures. Conductive structure-lattice of microconductors contacting MIS structures and connected through group of conductors to control unit is located on its convex surface. Outer and inner layers of sphere are joined stiffly by means of axle passing from upper pole of sphere through its center to lower pole and further outwards, to mechanism for attachment of facility. Technical result of invention lies in generation of panoramic picture with angle of sight of 360 degrees by horizontal and close to 360 degrees by vertical. EFFECT: expanded operational potential of facility. 2 dwg
