FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has head part, spherical body coupled to it and rotatably and fixably mounted in the matching form of the trochanter part cavity and pedicle. The cervical part connecting the spherical body to the head part is cylindrical. It has thread and is axially movable and fixable in the threaded canal of the spherical body. The spherical body has two hemispheric slide blocks coupled with equatorial cavities. Proximal cervix end carrying the head part and distal one carrying the nest part matching the box wrench are arranged in diametrical conic openings of the trochanteric part. A boss with an opening for receiving stopper screw fixed with coupling nut is in perpendicular relation to the conic opening axes.
