FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has pedicle, trochanter part, head part connected via cervical part to spherical body rotatably and fixably mounted on in the trochanter part. The device has screw provided with hexahedral slit having buttress thread on the slit end and smooth rounded working end. The spherical body and cervical part are sectorially cut with the exception of subcapital portion. Section slits open into subcapital radial canals forming a cavity when meeting each other. Axial cylindrical canal is produced in the spherical body and cervical part and has buttress thread matching that of the screw. The canal conically narrows and enters the cavity formed by the convergent radial canals. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 6 dwg
