FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering vertebral column traction by bending in succession lumbosacral and cervical segments. The traction treatment is finished with simultaneous double bending in lumbosacral, and cervical segments. Then, each vertebral column segment is pressed against a support with a force in turn and all of them together. Vertebral column correction is carried out immediately after having finished the traction by slowly twisting the vertebral column and slowly straightening it. Then, bending and all other exercises are repeated in dorsal and/or in standing and/or in sitting and/or in kneeing position. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment without preliminary preparation. 7 cl
