FIELD: separation of liquid mixtures under action of centrifugal forces; dehydration of liquid finely- dispersed pulps. SUBSTANCE: proposed centrifuge has housing 1 with revolving rotor 2 mounted inside it; it has perforated walls and is made in form of box having shape of rectangle in section. Mounted around farthest walls of rotor are filtering conveyer belts 8 provided with individual drive. Water contained in pulp is filtered-off under action of centrifugal forces through moving filtering belts and remaining product is entrapped upward for unloading. Required degree of dehydration of pulp may be achieved through change of rotation speed of rotor and rate of motion of filtering belts. EFFECT: simplified construction; enhanced reliability and efficiency. 2 dwg
