FIELD: alternate fuels. SUBSTANCE: method consists in mixing surfactant with water and heating resulting mixture to temperature not exceeding 90 C followed by stirring in apparatus using principle of electromagnetic swirl layer of ferromagnetic elements at magnetic field rotation frequency 1400-3000 rpm and field intensity 2-5 kW/cu.dm in working zone. Variants wherein surfactant is mixed with aliphatic alcohol and water as well as surfactant with aliphatic alcohol are envisaged. Method can be applied in fuel power engineering.
