FIELD: beet-sugar production. SUBSTANCE: carbonator includes vertical cylindrical body with bottom plate, cylindrical shell of small diameter installed coaxially to the body to form internal and external sections of carbonization, device for dispersing saturating gas in juice. Dispersing device has injectors, some of which serve to supply mixture of saturating gas and limed juice to body internal section, while the others, supply mixture of fresh and recirculated saturating gas and recirculated juice to the body external section. Installed above internal section is cone hood for taking off the recirculated saturating gas. EFFECT: highly efficient adsorption of nonsugars and formation of precipitation with required filtering and sedimentation properties. 1 dwg
