FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: acoustooptic facility measuring shifts is made up of laser, acoustooptic modulator, reflector, photodetector, oscillator which output is connected to electric input of acoustooptic modulator. Collimator is placed between laser and acoustooptic modulator. Facility is also provided with optical circuit coupling acoustooptic modulator, reflector and photodetector. Facility incorporates measurement circuit with two electric inputs and outputs. Outputs of photodetector and oscillator are connected to first and second inputs of measurement circuit which consist of two frequency dividers, phase detector, amplifier, comparator, logic circuit and oscillator. EFFECT: increased resolution and measurement accuracy. 1 dwg
