FIELD: gas analysis, calibration of gas analytic equipment. SUBSTANCE: gas flow is saturated to preset equilibrium concentration by way of bubbling contact of gas flow with solution of volatile compounds in slightly volatile solvent. Saturation of gas flow to equilibrium concentration with vapors of volatile substance is carried out by sequential contact of gas flow with at least three immobile portions of solution of volatile substances in slightly volatile solvent in which concentrations of volatile substances in slightly volatile solvent diminishes consistently from first portion to next portions or remains constant with the exception of first portion in which concentration of volatile substances is higher. Besides it, in accordance with process of winning of constant microconcentrations of volatile compounds in gas flow concentration of volatile substances in slightly volatile solvent can be same in all portions but volume of first portion should exceed volume of next portions and generated gas flow saturated with vapors of volatile substances can be diluted with gas. EFFECT: increased accuracy of preparation of gas mixtures by dynamic method, reduced consumption of starting solutions of volatile substances in slightly volatile solvent. 3 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tbl
