FIELD: meteorology, in particular, equipment for performing active actions upon atmosphere. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has air intake device, ventilation system, refrigerating machine, drive, and outlet branch pipe. Refrigerating machine has compressor, evaporator, and condenser mounted behind ventilation system. Apparatus is further provided with deturbulator made in the form of grid with cylindrical cells. Evaporator of refrigerating machine is located in heat-exchanger having inlet and outlet pipes arranged at different basin levels. Upon passage of deturbulator through outlet branch pipe, almost laminar heated air stream is discharged into fog medium. EFFECT: increased efficiency in dissipating fog on above-water objects and reduced power consumption. 1 dwg
