FIELD: meteorology. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has internal combustion engine connected to drive, and heat-exchanger positioned in front of fan and secured to exhaust gas pipeline. Internal combustion engine is provided with heat-exchanger-regenerator mounted downstream of drying unit. Exhaust gas pipeline outlet end is connected to drying unit inlet end. Refrigerating machine condenser is mounted at drying unit outlet end. Apparatus is used to intensively act upon atmosphere for the purpose of changing weather conditions. EFFECT: increased fog dissipating efficiency and reduced power consumption. 1 dwg
