FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making herniolaparotomy. Musculoaponeurotic grafts are mobilized. Ventroplasty is made with duplicature created by two rows of through U-shaped sutures and the third row of interrupted reinforcing sutures. The sutures are put in and tightened to one half of the hernial defect. Then ventroplasty is directed towards the caudal angle of the hernia defect. Resistance control is carried out at the inhalation level in the respiration circuit of the anesthesia apparatus. The resistance at the inhalation level exceeding 50 mm of water column in the respiration circuit, ventroplasty operation is stopped and the complete remaining hernia defect closure is carried out at the next stages. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; prevented respiratory and cardiovascular disorder complications. 4 dwg
