FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, particularly treatment of postoperative ventral hernias in cancer patients. A coetaneous cord is exsected along an operational incision. Then musculoaponeurotic flaps are mobilised. The coetaneous cord is strengthened to be fixed in inferior angle of a wound with two polyspast sutures. In the shuttle version, the latter has been used to tie aponeurosis from right to left. In superior angle of the wound, the coetaneous cord has been also strengthened with the ends of uncut polyspast sutures when tightened. Herewith there is duplication formed on the bearing autodermal cord.
EFFECT: technique prevents recurrent hernia.
