One should carry out partial intestinal resection, aponeurosis defect should be removed with the help of monofilamentous ladder-type carcass made due to successive suturing aponeurosis along wound's edge followed by taking the edges nearer to each other with cross- sectional sutures by taking carcass longitudinal filaments up that removes intraperitoneal hypertension and prevents hernial relapse.
