FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing catheter with stiletto under ultrasonic control into gallbladder cavity to its cervix. The stiletto is removed. Gallbladder contents is withdrawn via the catheter. Medicament solution is introduced into the gallbladder. When retaining gallbladder cervix obturation, the medicament solution is introduced via catheter with lesser lumen. The second catheter is moved to gallbladder fundus. Medicament solution is introduced in the volume amount of liquid discharged from the first catheter. Infusion is stopped after vanishing or essential reduction of pathogenic micro-organisms in the outflow liquid. External end of the first catheter is set in particular case below the horizontal plane drawn over the lower surface of the gallbladder. EFFECT: accelerated gallbladder healing. 2 cl
