FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves drilling-in two wires into the head and neck of the femur using external labels. The soft tissues are pierced with a hollow needle in the sector between the introduced wires. Fixing members are introduced into the bone through the hollow needle using removable adapter. Each fixing member is introduced in the direction of the bisecting line of the angle between the superior and inferior members introduced into the bone.
