FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves piercing main pancreatic duct wall with hollow needle under ultrasonic examination control through the stomach. Fluid sample is taken for being studied in laboratory. Radiopaque liquid is introduced with concurrently studying its propagation in duct system. The radiopaque liquid is sucked and sterile liquid is injected. The radiopaque liquid is introduced into duct under visual control from electrono-optical converter display. Introducing into and removing liquid from a duct is carried out through thin flexible and transparent tube attached to the hollow needle. The radiopaque liquid is introduced into duct under pressure exceeding original hydraulic pressure in the duct in the amount not exceeding its cavity volume without allowing small ducts branching from the main duct to be filled. EFFECT: high accuracy and quality of analysis. 4 cl
