FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has artificial denture, reinforcing members and plastic base. The reinforcing members are manufactured as monolith cast arc repeating alveolar crest shape and metal canine teeth and molars cast as a whole with the arc. The other artificial teeth are manufactured from plastic and attached to the arc. The plastic base is covered with flexible plastic layer from beneath. Method involves placing clasp wax onto mounting roller all along its length for modeling arc with canine teeth and molars. Then canine teeth and molars are modeled along wax arc and sent to make casting w mounting roller. Then, plastic teeth are mounted on the metal arc and the wax base with the monolith arc and artificial teeth are transferred to plastic. Then the base is covered with flexible plastic layer from beneath. EFFECT: high accuracy in manufacturing prosthesis. 4 cl, 1 dwg
