FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: claim describes epothilone-containing pharmaceutical compositions as concentrate used for infusion. Compositions contain, except for epothilone, pharmaceutically acceptable organic solvent. Ethyl alcohol or N-alkylpyrrolidone is used as an organic solvent. In preferable variant pharmaceutical composition with epothilone doesn't contain surface-active substance and value of hydrophilic- lipophilic balance of the latter is 10 or above. Compositions with epothilone are designated for parenteral, for example, intravenous administration. Novel pharmaceutical compositions show the improved solubility of epothilone and absence of allergic responses in patients in the preparation dosing.
