SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for treatment of cancer with different localization. Method involves administration of epotilone B with interval for from 1 to 6 weeks and a single dose is calculated as mg/m by the formula: (0.1-Y) x N wherein Y = 6; N is amount of weeks between administrations. Method provides high anti-tumor effect in combination with good tolerance of the preparation.
