SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes beam 1 fixed on wing which is articulated with load-bearing lever 3 and drive lever 2, connecting rod whose one arm is articulated with drive lever, two links of flap mounting and synchronization rod 7. Links of flap mounting are articulated with load-bearing lever which is articulated in its turn with other end of connecting rod; front link of flap mounting is connected with drive lever by means of synchronization rod.
