SUBSTANCE: dry construction mixture contains portland cement PC-500, sand, a complex additive and a mineral modifier - water softening slag from Samara Thermal Power Plant, containing, in wt %: SiO₂ 4.28, Al₂O₃ 0.63, CaO 46.13, Fe₂O₃ 1.23, FeO 0.23, TiO₂ 0.04, loss on ignition 0.50, wherein the complex additive consists of a plasticiser in powder form - Hidetal P-6, redispersible copolymer powder - vinyl acetate and ethylene copolymer DA 1200, modified cellulose - Bermocoll CCA 425, with the following ratio of components, in wt %: portland cement PC-500 28.60-33.80, sand 40.30-47.50, plasticiser Hidetal P-6 0.12-0.15, modified cellulose Bermocoll CCA 425 0.01-0.02, vinyl acetate and ethylene copolymer DA 1200 0.87-1.03, water softening slag from Samara Thermal Power Plant 17.50-30.10.

EFFECT: improved physical and mechanical properties of the dry construction mixture, high water-retaining capacity, obtaining a strong mortar from the dry mixture, which is resistant to cyclic temperature drop and efflorescence.
