FIELD: construction engineering, particularly, devices for protection of window apertures. SUBSTANCE: window aperture protective device has sectional guard secured to building external side and made of members forming cells, and connected to wall external side by means of upper and lower hinges with upper fastening rods installed for shifting and having retainers, and with rods of lower fixed fastening to wall. Device has rod motion limiters located from external side, glands and guide tubes located in wall holes at angle of 0-50 deg to horizontal. Each rod is located in tube. Cavities formed between upper fastening rods and guide tubes are filled with lubricant. EFFECT: invention provides for people evacuation from building under critical situations. 7 cl, 3 dwg
