FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and repair of underground pipelines and it is designed for fixing the pipelines on design marks, ballasting and banking of pipeline in case of semi-buried laying and lowering of section of gas pipeline which has risen to surface into water-logged soil and forming earth fill over pipeline. Proposed polymeric panel ballasting device contains power belt applied to pipeline and made in form of flexible panel, pair of rigid frames fastened to longitudinal edges of flexible panel by one longitudinal side adjoining the pipeline and containers made of flexible material and filled with ballasting earth and connected with frame, and also flexible members holding rigid frames at angle relative to ballistic earth containers. Said flexible members are made in form of common panel upper relative to power belt and connected with power belt in X-form manner in middles and connected by longitudinal edges with free longitudinal sides of rigid frames in corners of which corners of upper panel are fixed. Longitudinal size of upper panel exceeds longitudinal size of rigid frames. Upper panel is provided with hinge apron connected to cross edge. Cross size of upper panel exceeds corresponding size of power belt. EFFECT: improved reliability of ballasting and efficiency of use of earth. 5 dwg
