FIELD: construction engineering; erection and repair of underground pipe lines. SUBSTANCE: proposed unit includes pair of reservoirs which are symmetrical relative to longitudinal axis of pipe line and are connected with load-bearing band applied to pipe line and pair of flexible external strips secured to outer corners of rigid rectangular frames forming framework of reservoirs; they are engageable with pipe line by inner longitudinal sides. Bottoms of reservoirs and load-bearing band are from one panel of flexible material and are provided with additional cover plate located above panel of load-bearing band embracing inner longitudinal sides of flat frames; its longitudinal edges are applied on pipe line and are connected at overlap above upper generatrix of pipe line. Outer load-bearing strips are made in form of multi-layer tapes whose ends are provided with ears; twin panel of cover plate, load- bearing band and outer load-bearing strips are fastened in center portion. End walls of reservoirs are made from partitions sewn into bottoms. Outer load-bearing strips are provided with additional end walls which may be introduced inside reservoirs.
