FIELD: radio engineering, applicable for protection of ground metal objects against destruction by ammunition with radiometric homing systems by adaptive compensation of the radiometric (radiobrightness) contrast of the object against the background of the underlying surface. SUBSTANCE: the system has two receiving antennas, transmitting antenna, radiometric receiver, noise generator, power divider, adjustable attenuator, two electrically controlled selector switches, storage, computer, comparator, analog-digital device, digital-analog device, signal conditioner and a synchronizer. The system provides for reception of sky and earth radiation (underlying surface), computation of the radiometric contrast, comparison of the contrast with the signal of the noise generator. As a result of comparison a signal of control of the radiated power is produced.
