FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: the suggested method is based upon the fact on general regularities of lipid exchange disorder in patients and their direct descendants. Criteria are elaborated of three etiopathogenetic types for development of family cardiovascular pathology by the level of blood lipid parameters: cholesterol a of circulating immune complexes, apolipoproteins B, desialated apoB and their relative content in blood serum; phospholipids and fatty acids in erythrocytes. At detecting mentioned parameters in probands of ICD-patients it is necessary to determine family type of lipid exchange disorder in direct descendants and, in accordance with established type one should predict disease development in patient's descendants. The present innovation enables to model pathological process in family and conduct earlier target family prophylaxis of disease development. EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction. 5 tbl
