FIELD: optics. SUBSTANCE: method realizes difference between on and off times of electrooptical effect in layer of nematic liquid crystal. Structurally dynamic corrector can be built in two variants. According to first variant it has high-resistance electrode which resistance is so selected that time constant RC is greater than ton, and controlling voltage is such that ton≫toff. Difference lies in method of control when controlling voltage is fed to pair of contacts of corrector in the course of switching- over time t so that ton≤t≪toff. Second variant uses two resistive electrodes with contacts over periphery instead of high-resistance electrode with contacts and low-resistance electrode. Method of control consists in that controlling voltage is switched over between contacts of opposite high-resistance electrodes but not one electrode.
