FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing wires arranged in cross and fixed in apparatus support members on iliac bone wing at the level of greater trochanter and the lower one third of the femur. Cutaneocartilaginous fragment of neoarthrosis is mobilized near the base by performing osteotomy. The iliac bone is additionally cut at the level of superior boundary of the cotyloid cavity and femur is moved in controlled way with the cutaneocartilaginous neoarthrosis fragment to the level of anatomical cotyloid cavity position. Distal fragment of the iliac bone is derotated at the same time and the mobilized cutaneocartilaginous neoarthrosis fragment to achieve consolidation using thrusting wires having shortened end and soldered head attached to pelvic support of the apparatus. The femoral supports of the apparatus are removed to give rest to femur head upon the formed cutaneocartilaginous tissue of neoarthrosis with pelvic warp being eliminated. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
