FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopaedics and can be used for surgical management of congenital hip dislocated in adolescence. Gigli saw is brought around femoral bone. Hip is transected by half its diameter. Osteotomy of external cortical thighs is made with vibration saw oblique downwards and from outside inwards to contact with previous line of corticotomy to make two fragments of hip with oblique fracture line in intertrochanteric and subtrochanteric areas. Behind lesser trochanter groove is made with grooved chisel, where proximal end of distal bone fragment is embedded. And proximal end of femur is shifted downward and forward as much as possible. Biomechanical axis of extremity is restored by bringing distal part of hip. Preset position of extremity is fixed on plate.
EFFECT: method enables reducing length of staying in hospital, reducing risk of deformation in remote period.
