LOAD HANDLING CRANE Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

Abstract RU 2214962 C2

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed crane can be used as load-lifting mechanism where necessity arises. Crane contains hollow metal tube-pile driven into earth which accommodates branch pipe. Slewing circle is mounted on upper end of branch pipe. Rectangular section branch pipe-guide is rigidly secured on slewing circle. Hydraulic telescopic post-mast is placed inside branch pipe-guide on which operator's cabin with control unit is mounted. Crane is provided with telescopic hydraulic load- lifting boom hinge-connected with end face of post-mast. Boom is coupled with post-mast by displacement mechanism. Movable counterweight and its displacement mechanism are mounted on crane boom. Additional slewing circle is hinge- mounted on last section of crane boom. Slings are rigidly secured on lower plane of additional slewing circle. EFFECT: simplified design and operation, higher accuracy of mounting operations, reduced consumption of fuel and lubricants. 1 dwg
