SUBSTANCE: method for reactivation of depleted activated carbon in different adsorption processes involves dry of wetted carbon at temperature 450-560 C at rate its rise 25-40 C/min, the following thermal treatment at temperature 620-720 C with heating rate 8-12 C/min, cooling carbon in medium of overheated steam to temperature 120-200 C. method provides complete recovery of parent properties of adsorbents depleted in different liquid media, among them, in extraction of gold from solutions and pulps. Invention can be used for reactivation (regeneration) of granulated carbons depleted in treatment of different liquid media and in process of gold sorption from solutions and pulp in gold-extracting plants.
