FIELD: mining of mineral salt deposits in safety pillars round geological prospecting boreholes where up to 20% of mineral reserves are concentrated. SUBSTANCE: method includes driving of development workings, extraction of mineral by rooms with formation of interroom and safety pillars round geological prospecting boreholes. Boreholes are restored from their mouth to depth of 30 m below floor of water-bearing horizon and repeated grouting is performed. Borehole bottom is exposed by underground workings, restored through height of 30 m and plugged. After that, mineral reserves of safety pillar are extracted by rooms with leaving interroom pillars of sufficient strength. EFFECT: considerable reduction of mineral salt losses in water-protecting pillars round geological prospecting boreholes with known and unknown curing of borehole, extended mineral material base. 2 dwg
