FIELD: medical devices and instruments for diagnostication; applicable for visual examination and digital recording of image of eye fundus. SUBSTANCE: method of fundus camera includes fixation of spatial-angular position of examined eye on accommodated on infinity point light source, projection of actual image of eye fundus on television receiver, conversion of obtained image into television signal, its recording in computer memory and displaying on monitor screen. Eye bottom is illuminated with light pulses synchronous with signal of frame synchronization of telecamera so that spectral composition of each previous light pulse differs from spectral composition of next light pulse. Telecamera is monochrome. EFFECT: reduced illumination level of eye fundus and provided fullcover recording of eye fundus image in real time. 2 dwg
