SUBSTANCE: at the background of medicinal treatment one should apply low-intensity infrared laser radiation to affect projection area of umbilical cord loops onto abdominal wall due to scanning in combination with "Modifilan" for 14 d. Moreover, at compensated form in the course of one procedure an object is affected with infrared laser radiation for 4-5 min, total energy flow density (EFD) corresponds to 2.4-3.0 J/sq. cm, course duration lasts for 7 daily procedures and "Modifilan" should be prescribed per 1 tbl/trice daily. At subcompensated form one should affect an object for 5-6 min, total EFD corresponds to 3.0- 3.6 J/sq. cm, course duration lasts for 10 daily procedures and "Modifilan" should be prescribed per 2 tbl/thrice daily. The method enables to increase the action of compensatory-adaptive mechanisms, withdraw incompletely oxidized metabolic products, toxins, increase body protective power and make adaptive fetal systems ready for labor stress and earlier adaptation in neonatals.
