FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of metal plastic working. The method includes laying a stock in a clamping groove of a rotary device and rotary drawing on a mandrel. A round stock is cut from a sheet. The stock is deformed with extent of deformation ε=0.05-0.12. A convex part is formed in a stock by preliminary drawing to form a cylindrical cavity. Diameter of the cylindrical cavity is equal to the diameter of the working surface of the mandrel. Then the stock is annealed at recrystallisation temperature T=(0.5-0.6)TPL. Rotary drawing is carried out in two stages. At the first stage a convex part of the stock is deformed with wall thinning. At the second stage the flat part of the stock is deformed to produce a hollow stock with simultaneous thinning of its wall. The diameter after the preliminary drawing is calculated using the following dependence: D'0=D0/eε, where D0 and D'0 - diameters of initial stock and after its preliminary recrystallisation, ε - extent of stock deformation prior to recrystallisation annealing, e -base of natural logarithm.
EFFECT: higher quality of a part.
