FIELD: working by cutting with use of rotating tools, namely drilling and milling. SUBSTANCE: tool includes changeable cutting head and stem, both having connection portions. In order to make small-size tools, particularly miniature tools each connection portion of cutting head and stem has pair of basic surfaces. One of said basic surfaces is slightly raised; another surface is descended and they both are arranged crosswise relative to lengthwise axis. At least descended surface of each connection portion of cutting head is designed for engaging with raised surface of each connection portion of stem and for forming axial support of cutting head in stem. Wall for transferring torque separates above mentioned basic surfaces and it is oriented crosswise relative to them. EFFECT: improved design. 26 cl, 15 dwg _
