SUBSTANCE: rotating cutting tool contains cutting head, fixed with ability of detachment on casing, head and casing allow common pivot pin. Head allows cutting section and mount portion. Mount portion of head and enclosing part of casing include at least by two connection sections restricted by cylindrical external surfaces and corresponding sections of grooving. Additionally each connecting section includes flat basic surface located transversally to pivot pin, wall for torque transfer, located generally inside from cylindrical external surface to cylindrical internal wall, and fixing wall located over basic surface and at periphery relative to pivot pin. Each basic surface includes the first basic section, passing inside from cylindrical external surface to fixing wall and from wall for torque transfer to corresponding front section of groove and the second basic section located in the sane plane with the first basic section and passing inside from cylindrical internal wall to fixing wall and by periphery from corresponding following groove section to the first basic section, herewith connection parts of cutting head and connection parts of casing interacts to each other by means of contacting of its fixing walls, its walls for torque transfer, its the first and the second basic sections.
EFFECT: providing of reliable feeding of lubricating-cooling liquid.
