SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of preparing compositions for coatings with special properties, in particular for shielding electromagnetic emissions, and can be, in particular, applied for household needs, in medicine, in radio industry, and in civil construction. Composition contains binding agent in the form of 19-21% chlorosufurized polyethylene solution in hydrocarbon solvent and carbon black or graphite as filler. Coating shields electromagnetic emissions in radiolocation, optical, and laser wavelength ranges. EFFECT: increased lifetime of composition. 3 tbl
