FIELD: measurement technology, measurement of flow rate and amount of liquid media. SUBSTANCE: flowmeter incorporates streamlined body with through slit duct located perpendicular to pipe-line. Rod electrode and locating arm are made fast along axis of duct, laminated electrode supported as cantilever is placed between them. Free end of laminated electrode has hole in which damper made of shock-absorbing material is put. Slit duct contraction symmetric with reference to plane of laminated electrode and exceeding vibration amplitude of specified electrode.
