FIELD: measurement technology, measurement of flow rate and amount of liquid with ionic conductivity contaminated with ferromagnetic particles. SUBSTANCE: flowmeter has measurement section of pipe-line with streamlined body which longitudinal axis is perpendicular to axis of pipe-line, magnetic system located in streamlined body or outside measurement section, sensitive element in the form of two electrodes of which one as minimum is brought into examined region of intratube space. Magnetic field formed by magnetic system is directed in parallel to longitudinal axis of streamlined body. Longitudinal axis of electrode brought into examined region of intratube space is oriented in parallel to longitudinal axis of streamlined body. Electrode includes electric contact part which length does not exceed longitudinal dimension of region of concentration of magnetic field and current-leading part which surface located in intratube space has coat of electric insulation material. Electric contact part of electrode can be located on surface of streamlined body and measurement section is manufactured in the form of unit installed in passage of larger flow area.
