FIELD: creation of plasma and control over plasma. SUBSTANCE: in compliance with given process of plasma generation with use of argon and hydrogen as plasma-forming gases gases are fed separately: argon axially along axis of wolfram electrode and hydrogen tangentially to internal surface of plasma forming nozzle with angle of looping between 15 and 20 degrees. Gas flow rate is chosen 25-35% for argon and correspondingly 75-65% for hydrogen and pressure of flow of gases is set equal or differing by not more than ±10%. Main arc is excited by indirect arc with strength of current between 80 and 90 A, then hydrogen is supplied. When main arc is squeezed by hydrogen strength of current is raised to 300-600 A.
