FIELD: medicine, particularly, operative dentistry. SUBSTANCE: cast module is dismountable and consists of head doubler, implant doubler and cast member. The latter is used in form of implant plug consisting of truncated seating threaded cone and internal hexahedron. Implant doubler is made with female cone with 7-12 deg and thread M2 for joint with head doubler which is made with female thread M2 for joining with cast member used in form of implant plug. EFFECT: higher accuracy in transfer of implant head relief and oral cavity onto stone model, increased reliability of fixation in cast, simplified design. 3 cl, 1 dwg
