SUBSTANCE: method involves detaching flap. Osteotomy and compact osteotomy is carried out. Bone bed is built. Intraosseous implant is introduced into the bone bed. When reaching bed bottom, the implant rotation is continued at the same place so that bone portion separated by osteotomy moves along the implant thread in opposite direction when compared to implant introduction direction.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of surgical intervention in inaccessible areas; accelerated treatment course.
