FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has extrabone part with a screw and intrabone part having threaded pericervical and apical parts. The apical part is designed as wood screw with thread profile height equal to 0.1-0.6 times as large as rod diameter and has conical thread area at the end and conical pericervical part with external cone angle being equal to 2-9 deg, which minimum diameter is equal to the greatest apical part thread diameter and pericervical to apical part length ratio being equal to 1:1-1: 6. The extrabone part has screw which head has an angle of 10-16 deg and is coated with ceramic layer. Maximum extrabone part diameter is equal to implant diameter. External fitting cone angles values on the pericervical, head and extrabone implant part and screw head are distinguished by gradual increase when following from implant to the screw.
