FIELD: medicine, particularly, surgery; applicable in treatment of widespread forms of peritonitis. SUBSTANCE: device has vessel with nonstretchable middle part and flexibly stretchable peripheral part, and two pipes combined in common collector. Nonstretchable middle part is made in form of nonstretchable hydrophobic film with holes communicated with two silicone short internal pipes. Flexibly stretchable part is made in form of two long silicone external pipes and flexibly stretchable vessels located between external and internal pipes and connected with collector by their perforated pipes on one end and provided with flexibly stretchable films on the other end. All four silicone pipes are connected with collector, provided with plugs on peripheral ends and made with valve holes increasing in sizes from collector to periphery but located on both sides of external long pipes and only on rear surface of short internal pipes. Peripheral ends of long external pipes are rounded inside. EFFECT: higher efficiency of abdominal cavity sanitation. 2 dwg
