SUBSTANCE: device for sanation of the abdominal cavity consists of perforated plate, drainage system, constraint plate and base plate. The solid base plate is made of two polyvinylchloride layers with draining canals between them that end with irrigating drainages. In the base centre, the perforated plate is installed, which serves as the floor of the chamber for peritoneal fluid outflow, and which is connected to two drainages. The bringing chamber connected to the bringing drainage is installed along the chamber perimeter, for fluid outflow. Along the perimeter of the bringing chamber, two rows of the holding loops are made. The length and width of the perforated plate correspond to the outflow chamber size. The length of the bringing chamber is equal to that of the outflow chamber, and the width is 0.5-1.0 cm. The length of the base plate is 10.0-20.0 cm, the width is 7.0-16.0 cm. The height of the device is 1.0-5.0 cm.
