FIELD: extracts production. SUBSTANCE: extractor with crushed raw materials is filled with extracting agent. Then process of extraction takes place at least with one time discharge of pressure. Special feature of the method is that in the beginning extractor is filled with extracting agent with balanced pressure, corresponding to working pressure in apparatus. Then extracting agent is fed in extraction volume with balanced pressure, exceeding working pressure at least by 0.2 MPa and extraction is exercised, keeping in extraction volume pressure, equal to pressure of fed extracting agent and discharge of pressure down to working pressure is exercised in apparatus. EFFECT: method allows to simplify and intensify process of vegetable raw material extraction. 3 dwg
