METHOD OF MANUFACTURE OF PIPES FROM COMPOSITE-FIBROUS MATERIAL Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

Abstract RU 2216448 C2

FIELD: mechanical engineering; manufacture of pipes from reinforced plastic materials. SUBSTANCE: method is realized with use of sleeve made of fibers, which is impregnated with binding agent, and sleeve is fitted on mandrel, and subjected to polymerization in chamber. Sleeve is wound on bobbin prior to directing the sleeve to mandrel, and directed to mandrel. Fitting of sleeve onto mandrel is carried out by its continuous drawing in course of which sleeve impregnated with binding agent is pulled through polymerization chamber for formation of pipe. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture of pipes of unlimited length with required strength. 2 cl, 1 dwg
