FIELD: methods for production of semifinished products for bags with sealed edges. SUBSTANCE: method provides for application to continuous material cloth of external thermoplastic layer and internal insulating layer extending outside from cloth one edge and forming fastened strop. Strip from cloth one edge and forming fastened strip. Strip is bended over material cloth edge and sealed to external layer. Then, cloth is cut into sheets. Sheets are conveyed further in course of production with some interval between sheets. Applied to sheets are two bands of plastic foil, external bands and internal bands. Bands of foil are applied so that they run outside of one edge and form two strip. Each strip, after that, is bended round edge and sealed. Sheets once more are separated from one another in center of interval and turned through 90 deg relative to cloth direction. Strips formed in interval are bended in direction to sheet internal side and sealed to internal layer. Remaining edges of sheet in this manner are sealed. Sheet is again turned through 90 deg. Relative to cloth direction, bended together and seams are sealed in longitudinal direction to form bag semifinished product. Method provides for sealing of all four edges of material sheet in continuous process to produce semifinished product for bag having effective protection from ambient moisture. Method also allows production of semifinished products for bags with higher stability. EFFECT: higher efficiency of method. 5 cl, 8 dwg
